This door was badly rotten on the bottom. Due to its age the door could not be taken off its hinges. I had to rebuild the bottom section with the door in situe in keeping with it traditional look.

This munster joinery window frame was about 15 years old and due to lack of maintenance the window had began to leak. We fixed the problem by removing the window replacing the seals and cleaning the drainage holes in the frame. The owner is very happy and the window no longer leaks
